Karlie Burkhalter
Director of Operations
Karlie Burkhalter serves as the Director of Operations and is responsible for the function and performance of the operations and service team. She actively identifies opportunities to increase operational efficiency, improves client service, and implements the firm's workflows.
Karlie previously held the title of Office Manager at Seven Springs Wealth Group from 2011 – 2016. Prior to returning to Seven Springs Wealth Group in 2022, Karlie served as Senior Executive Assistant at Bridgestone Americas supporting multiple C-Suite Executives at their downtown Nashville headquarters.
Karlie was born and raised in Middle Tennessee and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in Marketing and Business Administration. Karlie resides in Old Hickory with her husband, Bradley. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, weekends on the lake, and exploring the menus at local restaurants and coffee shops.
